MARKETING EXECUTIVE - THANH XUÂN - HÀ NỘI ( 700-1300 USD)

Our client is a 100% foreign owned enterprise, operating in transport construction. At the moment, we are seeking the potential candidates to MARKETING EXECUTIVE position as below:

* Working place: Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi 

* Working time: 8h-17h, from Monday to Friday

* Job description:

- Take part in develop and execute annual marketing plan and strategy.

- Provide marketing communications and other related activities involve with marketing programs, sales promotion, event, and seminar and design all PR and sales collaterals to create brand awareness and recognition.

- Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.

- Performs thorough, systematic analysis of industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors.

- Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the BOM to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation.

- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate.

- Develops and maintains relationships with Viet Nam Authorities likes: MOT, PMU, Road Authorities…

- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data manipulation and financial modeling and analysis.

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree; or 2 years of relevant professional experience and a master’s degree is preferable

- Analytical and Creative thinking skills

- Communication skills and Teamwork skills

- Solid understanding of the  road construction, asphalt, asphalt mixture, cement concrete and earthworks is preferable

- Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline constraints and high pressure

- Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities.

- High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
