- Totally 100 operators
• Manage the middle management in 3 shifts to ensure Respect of safety rules and discipline, Completion of customer orders in time, Improvement of efficiency
- Scrapt reduction
- Training of middle management
-First level maintenance for equipements and tools
- Solve production issue in collaboration with quality, maintenance , method department
• Present his indicators and actions for improvement every day to the comitee of directors
• Make planing of production at each step of process and control daily
* REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 years as production workshop management position in industry of small or medium companies and in a big series companies
- Strong experience in automotive manufacturing management
- Engineering degree
- Age over 30 years old
