Senior Production Trainer - Đồng Nai (700-1000 USD)

OSPV hiện đang hỗ trợ tuyển SENIOR PRODUCTION TRAINER cho 1 công ty sản xuất lớn 100% vốn đầu tư châu Âu chuyên về nữ trang cao cấp, làm việc tại KCN Biên Hòa, 8 Đồng Nai. 

* Công ty có xe đưa rước từ Hồ Chí Minh 

*NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:

- Work with the Operations team in their roles as process owners to establish the “one best way” to perform a task in order to develop Job Breakdown Sheets.

- Facilitate the development of Standard Work Instructions and Job Breakdown Sheets.

- Coordinate review, approval and publishing to Standard Work Instructions and Job Breakdown Sheets documentation.

- Create technical training content/materials including but not limited to on-the-job training aides, classroom courses, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Complete training timetables, prepare training sessions, and organize training workspaces.

- Conduct and document training of production operators and qualified trainers.

- Develop certification program for production operators and qualified trainers.

- Establishes and maintains robust training evaluation and measurement practices

- Perform reviews and audits of operator and qualified trainers proficiency and report results.

- Conduct refresher and recertification training.

- Expand training capacity through "train-the-trainer" > qualified trainers

- Lead determination of knowledge/skill gaps

- Identifies and suggests ways to improve/streamline processes

- Evaluation and continuous improvement of technical operations learning solutions, program effectiveness, and knowledge transfer processes.

- Work with the plant manufacturing team to create a sustainable technical training strategy.

- Promote continuous improvement culture.

- Keep abreast of current developments within the Training sphere.

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành cơ khí

- Tiếng Anh tốt, cả 4 kỹ năng 

- Ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong công ty sản xuất 

- Có khả năng diễn đạt, giao tiếp tốt; có khả năng phối hợp làm việc với tất cả các bộ phận tại các vị trí khác nhau
