Job Description

Advising the Board of Directors of effective purchasing strategy

• Sourcing material and accessories/ Stuffs for garment company

• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies

• Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure

• Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals

• Support for recruiting and training new employees for the departmen

• Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency

• Handling problems arising in purchasing activities

• Cooperate with supplier to guarantee agreement on terms and processes

• Research and anticipate in the negotiating pricing

• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

• Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

Required working experience

• 3+ years experience in Purchasing, sourcing or procurement manager

Required qualifications

• Bachelor- Master degree in relevant field

Required knowledge and skills

• Fluent in English

• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships

• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
