Our client is is a 100% foreign owned enterprise, operating in transport construction. At the moment, we are seeking the potential candidates to NATIONAL SALES MANAGER position as the below:
- To develop the sales & marketing plans
- To set up, manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for subordinates
- To motivate and coach sales staff to develop further competencies and identify talents
- To analyze and improve business performance
- To evaluate credit worthiness of potential/existing customers, develop relationship with individuals and businesses, PMUs and relevant authorities, secure customers loyalty and new business opportunities.
- To assure stock availability to meet the customers’ needs.
- To work closely with other related departments for effective operation
- Male/Female, Minimum University degree of economics and/or technics;
- At least 15 years in sales, of which 10 years in industrial or technical sales with B2B
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
- Proactive and hard working under high pressure;
- No part-time work, private business or study
