CHIEF ACCOUNTANT - JAPANESE COMPANY - QUANGMINH IZ, HA NOI ( 38 MILLIONS VND)

OSPV's client is a 100% foreign-invested company specializing in the production of electronic components, urgently needs to recruit the position of Chief Accountant with the following content:

Address: Quang Minh Industrial Park, Hanoi

Salary: 35 Mil

Manage  all the matter of accounting and Impex section:

Accounting:

• Prepare monthly and yearly closing reports including the financial statements (BS, PL, CF,TP) and other reports (PL per customers, EMS).
• Cost management: Control of variable and fixed cost.
• Tax and audit management: To be responsible for accuracy and saving of tax.
• Asset management
• Supervising accounting staffs in management of PO, PR, voucher checks, cash, bank, AP, AR accrual expense and revenues
• Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain the accounting regulation and process to reduce the risks for company
• Be responsible for all legal matter relates to tax and accounting.

Impex(Import/Export):

• Manage the impex staffs to make sure the movement of products, equipment, materials etc in and out of company in accordance with company’s policy and meet the deadline as well as comply with local and international law.
• Working with forwarders to minimize the logistic cost and well control the goods to avoid the damages.
• Communicate with export and import related authorities, customers and suppliers to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations to avoid the customs penalty.
• Recheck the yearly finalization customs report to make sure that it is matching with accounting and production report.
• Coordinate with related sections to maintain the effective impex activities and support in relation to the company’s sales, purchase and production and overall operating functions.

• Experience about accounting and finance at least 7 years,
• Understand law on tax, custom procedure, custom law, etc
• Good planning skill, analysis skill,
• Fluently in English/ Japanese
