* Risk Management (RM) related work:
- Supporting RM analysist during credit application/ investment application processing, including but not limited to data/information collecting, analysis, circulation of applications to approvers
- Generating RM reports using SAP/BW and other data sources
- Credit application monitoring and reporting
- SCR application input and monitoring
* Logistics management related work:
- Involving in vendor selection process
- Participating in periodical physical stock-taking
* Legal-related work:
- Supporting legal team in research and sharing of legal legislation.
- Supporting legal team in managing the Corporate Legal work
* Miscellaneous:
- Handling vendor contract managements
- Maintaining department’s database
- Other department’s administrative works as may be required from time to time
* Contacts:
- Coordinating between office members and regional offices to handle daily job assignments;
- Reporting to direct line Manager and Department General Manager
