Địa chỉ làm việc : Bến Thành, Quận 1 - Hồ Chí Minh

Thời gian làm việc : T2-T6 ( 08h00 - 17h30 ) + T7 ( 08h00 - 12h00 )

Nội dung công việc:

Compare and keep cash in hand,

 Check vouchers from payable then making the payments.

Check and compare revenue amount with sale man then issue VAT invoices.

Check and compare about inventories.Accounting book on Effect software about revenue, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, others……C

heck and respond the receivable and payable amount; Check and respond  the advances of employees.

Check and respond the receivable and payable amount then sending the comfirmations debt to them

.Check and respond the debit aging and asking the customers payment on time.Check and compare revenue with the agency sales department, then payment the sale's bonus amount to agencies.Collect the vouchers, invoices then accounting book into Effect software.

Check monthly/quarterly recievable of custom then making the record of debt clearing.

Go to the bank and making the deposit cash into Vietcombank accountMaking the timekeeping then calculatation salary, PIT, Insurance fee for employees monthly Send the list of revenue and purchases cost to Chief Accountant.
